- Community (text) posts are NOT available via API - video and Shorts only (Short = <=3min, 9:16).
- Video title is a separate required field, max 100 chars, arrives via settings.title (falls back to the first line).
- Uploads default to PUBLIC (Google API audit approved 2026-07-22); settings.privacyStatus unlisted/private overrides.
- videos.insert costs 100 of the 10,000 daily quota units (~100 uploads/day).
