Refund Policy
Last updated July 6, 20261. Who processes payments
All payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Refunds, when issued, go back to your original payment method through Polar.
2. Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period; we do not refund partial periods. If you were charged in error - for example a renewal after you cancelled - write to us within 14 days and we will refund it.
3. Wallet credits
Credits the agent has already consumed are not refundable - the compute they paid for has been spent. Unused credits are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase. The one-time trial balance is free money from us and has no refund value.
4. Something went wrong?
If a run failed or clearly did not deliver what you asked for, tell us - we would rather credit you back and fix the cause than argue. Requests: hello@shapelessai.com; include the email you signed in with. We answer within 3 business days.
