This policy describes what Shapeless AI ("we", "us") collects when you use shapelessai.com and the Shapeless service, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Waitlist and account details — your email address, and the IP address and browser identifier of the request, used to prevent abuse.
- Subscription details — handled by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Content you provide — the product material you give the pipeline, used only to generate and distribute your content.
What we do with it
- Contact you about access, product updates, and your subscription.
- Operate, secure, and improve the service.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except with the processors below.
Where it lives
Data is stored on Google Cloud Platform. Payments will be processed by a dedicated payment provider acting as merchant of record. These processors handle your data only to provide their service to us.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, or to remove you from the waitlist and any mailing. Email us and we'll do it.
