Do unused credits roll over?
No. Each billing cycle resets your balance to the plan's credits. Upgrading adds the new plan's credits to what you have left, the same day.
How does the trial work?
Signing in grants 125 credits, no card. It runs the same agent on the same models as a paid plan; only generated footage waits for Growth. It refills to 125 credits on the 1st of every month, never stacking.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Billing runs through Polar and the plan stays on until the end of the paid period. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
