Terms of Service

1. The service

ShapelessAI is an AI agent that researches, writes, and designs marketing content from your instructions. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.

3. Billing and refunds

Paid plans are subscriptions billed through our merchant of record, Polar. Usage-based wallet credits are consumed as the agent works. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled as described in the Refund Policy at shapelessai.com/refunds.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the instructions you give the agent and, to the extent we hold any rights in it, the content the agent produces for you. You can publish it anywhere, commercially, with no attribution.

You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, store, reproduce, adapt, and process your inputs and generated outputs to operate, secure, and improve the service - including evaluating and training the models, prompts, and skills behind it - and to create insights from them. We will not publish your content under your name without your permission.

We may create and use aggregated or de-identified data (for example, statistics about what content performs) for any purpose. Such data no longer identifies you and survives account deletion.

If you publicly publish content made with ShapelessAI, we may reference that post and its public performance as an example of the service, unless you opt out by writing to hello@shapelessai.com.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to produce unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, to impersonate others, to send spam, or to probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. AI output

Generated content can be wrong, and results on social platforms are not guaranteed - any performance numbers we show are real examples, not promises. Review everything before you publish; you are responsible for what you post and for complying with the rules of the platforms you post to.

7. Connected platforms

When you connect a social platform and publish through the service, you must comply with that platform's own terms and policies for what you post.

By using the app to publish to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms, and you can review the Google Privacy Policy at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be resolved individually in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo; to the maximum extent permitted by your local law, both parties waive the right to participate in class or representative actions.

10. Termination and changes

You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. We may update these terms; changes apply prospectively from posting, and we will notify you of material changes - especially any change to how your content or data may be used - before they take effect.
