Data Deletion
Last updated July 15, 20261. What you can delete
This covers your ShapelessAI account data and the data we hold for any social platform you connected - such as LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, or Reddit. For each connected platform we store only the OAuth access token you authorized and your account handle, used to publish on your behalf.
2. Self-serve: disconnect a platform
Open the app, go to your connected accounts, and disconnect the platform you want removed. Disconnecting revokes the authorization and deletes the access token and handle we stored for that platform. This takes effect immediately.
3. Delete everything by email
To delete your full account and all connected-platform data, email hello@shapelessai.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or billing reasons and aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies you.
4. Platform data retention
Authorized platform data is stored no longer than 30 days, then refreshed or deleted. We honor deletion requests for platform data within 7 days. We never use platform-sourced data to train models.
