Answer comments and work the inbox

Everything waiting on a human decision sits in one inbox: drafted replies, proposed boosts and task cards. Each item can be sent (the reply goes to the platform, an approved boost runs), marked done or skipped, so an agent working the inbox on a person's behalf clears the same list the person would.
