• capabilities_list: Everything Shapeless can do, live or planned, with the REST routes, MCP tools and CLI lines for each and its page. A planned one says how to get the same outcome today and carries a want door; one with a route answers 501 there until it ships. Needs the read scope (over REST it needs no key).
• capabilities_want: Ask to be told the day a planned capability ships. Bound to this account's sign-in email; add an email or https webhookUrl to tell somewhere else. Ask the human first. Needs the read scope.

From code (REST)#

Bearer API key with the scope each call names (auth, OpenAPI).

• GET /api/capabilities (no key): Everything Shapeless can do, live or planned, with the route, CLI verb and MCP tool for each. A planned one carries its want door and how many wait on it.
• POST /api/capabilities/{id}/want (no key): Tell me when this ships. A bearer key of any scope binds it to the account (told at its sign-in email); otherwise send {email} or {webhookUrl}. A live capability answers 200 with its routes.
